Today I’m featuring a column by Victor Davis Hanson for three reasons. 1: I greatly admire him as a historian, and have enjoyed his work in that regard. 2: Mr. Hanson has a historical perspective that has left him immune from Trump Derangement Syndrome, and as such he maintains objectivity. And 3: As an academic he gives a long and laborious explanation of events that I have grown tired of expounding upon.

Regardless, it is interesting to see a respected and well-known intellectual finally come to the conclusions that I arrived at long ago. So….check out his column, because he’s super-smart…….and since I beat him to the truth by a mile, what’s that make me?

Sadly, Victor ends his essay with the same conclusion I have repeatedly come to…..that it’s going to get worse.
